If a coupon code is misused, you will be required to pay the original price.
Damage: Upon checkout, a room inspection will be conducted to verify possible damage or loss; any damage will be charged to the guest's bill.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or on the balcony; a $250 USD fine will apply. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Cancellations: Please cancel your reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) before check-in. After this date, the first night will be charged as a no-show. The only exceptions are those due to emergencies and other major unforeseen events.
